🥕 Ingredientes

  • 1 cup plain non-fat Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats (uncooked)
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1/2 cup mixed fresh berries (blueberries, strawberries, raspberries)
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon chopped almonds (unsalted)

🔥 Preparación

  1. In a small bowl, mix Greek yogurt with vanilla extract and optional sweetener until smooth.
  2. In a glass or bowl, layer half of the yogurt mixture at the bottom.
  3. Add a layer of rolled oats and chia seeds on top of the yogurt.
  4. Add a layer of mixed berries.
  5. Repeat the layers with the remaining yogurt, oats, chia seeds, and berries.
  6. Top with chopped almonds and serve immediately or refrigerate for up to 2 hours for a thicker texture.
