🥕 Ingredientes
- 1 cup plain non-fat Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup rolled oats (uncooked)
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1/2 cup mixed fresh berries (blueberries, strawberries, raspberries)
- 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional)
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon chopped almonds (unsalted)
🔥 Preparación
- In a small bowl, mix Greek yogurt with vanilla extract and optional sweetener until smooth.
- In a glass or bowl, layer half of the yogurt mixture at the bottom.
- Add a layer of rolled oats and chia seeds on top of the yogurt.
- Add a layer of mixed berries.
- Repeat the layers with the remaining yogurt, oats, chia seeds, and berries.
- Top with chopped almonds and serve immediately or refrigerate for up to 2 hours for a thicker texture.
