🥕 Ingredientes
- 80 g of whole oat flakes (no added sugar)
- 250 ml of skim milk or unsweetened plant-based drink
- 50 g of fresh or frozen red berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
- 20 g of chopped walnuts
- 1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon
- 1 pinch of salt
- Diabetic-friendly sweetener (optional, to taste)
🔥 Preparación
- In a small saucepan, heat the skim milk or plant-based drink over medium heat.
- Add the whole oat flakes, cinnamon, and a pinch of salt. Stir constantly.
- Cook for 8-10 minutes until the oatmeal is creamy and has absorbed the liquid.
- Remove from heat and let rest for 2 minutes.
- Serve in a bowl, adding the red berries and chopped walnuts on top.
- If desired, add a little diabetic-friendly sweetener to taste.
- Consume immediately to enjoy the optimal texture.
