🥕 Ingredientes

  • 80 g of whole oat flakes (no added sugar)
  • 250 ml of skim milk or unsweetened plant-based drink
  • 50 g of fresh or frozen red berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
  • 20 g of chopped walnuts
  • 1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • Diabetic-friendly sweetener (optional, to taste)

🔥 Preparación

  1. In a small saucepan, heat the skim milk or plant-based drink over medium heat.
  2. Add the whole oat flakes, cinnamon, and a pinch of salt. Stir constantly.
  3. Cook for 8-10 minutes until the oatmeal is creamy and has absorbed the liquid.
  4. Remove from heat and let rest for 2 minutes.
  5. Serve in a bowl, adding the red berries and chopped walnuts on top.
  6. If desired, add a little diabetic-friendly sweetener to taste.
  7. Consume immediately to enjoy the optimal texture.
